This was my first stay at Ramada in Chennai. I had gone to Chennai for attending a wedding and stayed here for 2 nights. The room size was good and there was ample space to freely move about. The bed was comfortable and the amenities provided were quite reasonable. There were no bathroom slippers in the room but on my request it was promptly provided. The cleanliness was satisfactory and room was made up even without requesting for it. The staff in general was courteous and pleasant. They greeted whenever I chanced upon any one. I would like to specially mention about one Mr. Adam on the front desk who was quite efficient and also friendly. He exhibited his eagerness to help in whatever manner he could. My only compliant is against the poor room service. I had ordered food at night around 9.45 PM and i got it around 10.30 PM.
